||Stop - No matter how small the accident.
||Care for the injured. Send for an
ambulance and the Police.
||Remove all hazards from the road.
||Warn all traffic, oncoming and behind you,
with flares and hazard signs.
||Write down the other driver's name, address,
and phone number, license number, and the date, time, and location of
the accident. Consider also making a sketch. You do not want to
trust your memory under strained conditions.
||Exchange insurance information with the
||Secure and list the names of all witnesses.
||If you have a camera available take pictures
of your car and the other car(s) involved in the accident.
||Record only the facts about the accident,
||Do not make any verbal statements or sign
any statement except in response to a request from a Police Officer.
Get the name and badge number of any officers on the scene.

vehicle. Lock your vehicle doors if possible.
||If your vehicle can not be driven safely,
have it towed to your collision repair center.
